As previously reported, JMP Securities analyst Mitch Germain lowered his Property Service sector view to Market Perform, as he believes growth prospects are dimming and he doesn't think that the currently elevated multiples are sustainable as the cycle gets into its late stages. Given his valuation worries and the less favorable fundamental backdrop, Germain downgraded Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), HFF Inc. (HF) and CBRE Group (CBG), all to Market Perform from Outperform.
