JPMorgan analyst Jeffrey Volshteyn says it's "time to take a fresh look" at shares of Chicago Bridge & Iron. The sale of the nuclear construction business removes an overhang and CB&I is seeing strong momentum in new business, Volshteyn tells investors in a research note. The analyst calls CB&I his top pick in the Engineering and Construction space. He sees a "strong" risk/reward potential for "patient value investors" and keeps an Overweight rating on the name. Volshteyn lowered his price target for the shares to $52 from $57.
