Evercore ISI analyst Warren Gardiner upgraded CBOE Holdings (CBOE) saying the strategic value of the Bats Global Markets (BATS) acquisition is underappreciated. Gardiner sees potential synergies over time of $85M to $100M versus the $65M target, and likes the product and geographic diversity that Bats brings combined with its technology and position as a low-cost provider. The analyst raised CBOE's price target to $74 from $65 on shares.
