Barclays analsyt Ken Hill lowered CBOE estimates due to soft August metrics highlighted by weaker volumes, softer RPC, and lower market share. Based on Q3 trends, Hill reiterated his Underweight rating and lowered his earnings estimate to 54c from 61c and moved his price target to $52 from $54.
