SunTrust analyst James Sheehan raised his price on Cabot to $73 in a follow-up to his upgrade last month. Sheehan says the tightening of global supply/demand remains a key catalyst for appreciation in the stock price amid production curtailment in China, capacity rationalization by competitors in the U.S., and 2018 carbon black contract price increase expectation. The analyst keeps his Buy rating on Cabot.
