UBS analyst Joshua Spector initiated coverage of Cabot with a Neutral rating and $45 price target. The analyst sees a balanced risk/reward with higher than average near term earnings risks. The company has been under pressure as volumes were impacted by destocking in the plastics chain, lower production in autos, and changing feedstock dynamics, says the analyst.
