Citi analyst Michael Rollins downgraded Crown Castle to Neutral saying upside potential is limited with the stock up almost 26% year-over-year. The dividend yield has fallen to 3.5%, which is "meaningfully below the average for the meg-cap telcos" of 4.3%, Rollins tells investors in a research note.American Tower (AMT) and SBA Communications (SBAC) "now offer cheaper fundamental valuation metrics," the analyst contends. He raised his price target for Crown Castle to $109 from $94.
