After Cogent reported weaker than expected results, Pacific Crest says that the acceleration of the company's net-centric business is taking longer than expected to materialize. However, the firm expects the company's net-centric growth to accelerate in 2H15, and thinks that its corporate unit should be boosted by increased cloud connectivity demand. It cut its price target on the name to $39 from $45 but keeps an Overweight rating.
