Baird analyst Ghansham Panjabi raised his price target on Celanese (CE) as he believes the theorized combination between the company and DuPont's (DD) T&I segment would be net accretive from a strategic standpoint but he noted the ultimate capital structure will be the key determinant of the beta profile. Panjabi reiterated his Outperform rating on Celanese shares.
