Vantiv (VNTV) upgraded to Buy from Hold at Stifel with analyst John Davis saying the company's acquisition of WorldPay is "transformative" and "a strategic home run." 4. Autohome (ATHM) was upgraded to Buy from Hold at Benchmark and Deutsche Bank. 5. Cubic (CUB) upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at JPMorgan with analyst Mark Strouse citing valuation with the shares down 14% since the third quarter report on August 3.
