KeyBanc analyst Donald Hooker reiterated an Overweight rating on Cerner after hosting investor meetings with management at the KeyBanc Capital Markets 21st Annual Technology Leadership Forum. Hooker tells investors in a research note that Cerner appears comfortably on track to its operating margin target of 22.5% exiting 2020, with another ~100 bps of operating margin expansion likely in 2021. Hooker raised his price target to $82 from $76, which reflects roughly mid-teens EBITDA growth and a cash-rich balance sheet that allows for accretive share repurchases and acquisitions.
