UBS analyst Adam Beatty downgraded Carlyle Group (CG) to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $31, down from $32. Beatty this morning also downgraded Apollo Global (APO) for a similar rationale. However, he remains bullish on Buy-rated Ares Management (ARES).
