Aegis Capital analyst Jeffrey Kauffman believes that Celadon's new CEO, Paul Svindland, is "impressive." The analyst says that Svindland's resume indicates that he is qulaified to lead the company's turnaround. Kauffman keeps a $12 price target and a Buy rating on the stock.
