BB&T analyst Christopher Kapsch upgraded Chemtura to Buy with a $37 price target saying the recent positive inflection in bromine pricing will lead to continued earnings improvement. The analyst raised estimates and believes the company will be able to at least reaffirm its FY16 directional guidance with it reports Q1 results this week.
