As previously reported, Stephens downgraded C.H. Robinson to Equal Weight from Overweight. Analyst Jack Atkins continues to believe that C.H. Robinson is a high-quality company, but says it faces difficult year over year comparisons for the remainder of 2016 given the significant decline in spot market carrier rates during 2015. While valuation seems relatively attractive, Atkins thinks it will be difficult for the shares to work "meaningfully higher" from current levels without a material increase in demand. The analyst reiterates a $76 price target on the shares.
