As reported previously, Baird analyst Michael Bellisario downgraded Chesapeake Lodging to Neutral from Outperform but he remains positive on the multi-year upside story. The analyst said the downgrade reflects the shares' recent outperformance caused by investors' increased optimism toward rebounding fundamentals and M&A speculation in the industry that has boosted valuations. Bellisario maintained his $30 price target on Chesapeake Lodging shares.
