Wells Fargo analyst Marci Ryvicker upgraded Charter Communications to Outperform and raised her price target for the shares teo $460 from $359. Following the Q4 earnings call, the analyst has "renewed confidence" in a successful turnaround despite a tough competitive environment. She "materially" raised both her subscriber and free cash flow estimates for Charter.
