Wells Fargo analyst Jeff Farmer downgraded Chuy's to Market Perform citing less same-store sales outperformance relative to casual dining peers, margin inefficiencies driven by new units and wage rate inflation headwinds. The analyst lowered his price target for the shares to $31 from $33.
