Jefferies analyst David Windley upgraded Cigna (CI) to Buy citing the 15% discount to Anthem's (ANTM) takeout price. Cigna shares offer the cheaper way into Anthem, Windley tells investors in a research note. He sees 90% potential upside in the next two years should Cigna holders keep the Anthem stock portion of the proceeds and use the cash consideration, net of tax, to buy Anthem stock.
