Sterne Agee CRT analyst Brian Wright said that CMS suspending Cigna's (CI) new enrollment in its Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans contracts is not an unusual event, noting that the same thing has happened to peers such as Aetna (AET) and Health Net (HNT) previously. The analyst doesn't expect the news to have any impact on the closing of the pending Anthem (ANTM) acquisition and keeps a Buy rating on Cigna shares.
