Piper Jaffray analyst Troy Jensen raised his price target for Ciena to $32 from $29 citing the company's "impressive" Q2 results. The analyst still believes that Ciena is the best positioned system supplier in the "two hottest segments of optical transport spending (Metro and DCI)." He reiterates an Overweight rating on the name.
