Piper Jaffray analyst Troy Jensen said Ciena's Q1 results were "strong," and anticipates the company winning new contracts in the first half of FY18, helping the company's margins in the second half of the year. Jensen reiterated a Neutral rating on Ciena shares, and raised his price target to $27 from $22.
