Nomura Instinet analyst Jeffrey Kvaal raised his price target for Ciena to $40 saying the company's "decades of effort is finally translating" into steady sales growth, visibility into margin expansion, and an improving balance sheet. He keeps a Buy rating on the shares following the company's fiscal Q4 results.
