Jefferies analyst George Notter raised his price target for Ciena to $45 from $42 and reiterates a Buy rating on the shares. After spending time with management, the analyst still believes Ciena is a "major long-term market share consolidator" in the space. The shares are "still too cheap given significant potential upside to the model, improving consistency, and waning risks associated with product cycles, margins, and 400G ZR," Notter tells investors in a research note titled "It's Not Too Late - Buy this Stock."
