Cowen analyst Paul Silverstein said Ciena remains his best idea for 2020 as he sees growth and margin trajectory above investor expectations driven by increasing importance of optical communications, ongoing revenue diversification, ongoing share gains, and a shift in focus to profitability. Silverstein reiterated his Outperform rating and $54 price target on Ciena shares.
