Wells Fargo upgraded Chimera to Outperform after raising the Residential REIT sub-sector to Overweight from Market Weight. Wells finds the risk/rewards in the space as attractive saying "relatively" stable payout levels should contribute to "valuation stability." It has a $15-$16 price target range for Chimera shares.
