KeyBanc analyst James Picariello downgraded CIRCOR to Sector Weight citing greater than expected weakness guided for the company's Energy's engineered valves business in 2017 as well as pushed out refinery maintenance schedules. The analyst removed his price target for the shares following the company's Q4 results.
