Stifel analyst Nathan Jones downgraded CIRCOR as he says that, in the wake of the company's Q4 results, the outlook for its engineered valve business is worse than expected. He adds that the business is facing "an irrational competitor," further clouding its outlook. Target to $74 from $69.
