SunTrust analyst Charles Brady upgraded CIRCOR to Buy and lowered its price target to $60 from $65 saying valuation reflects uncertainty but ignores growth potential. The analyst sees meaningful upside to current valuation following the Q2 selloff and said the North American Distributed valves business continues to do well and the midstream growth opportunity has increased as CIRCOR introduces more products and becomes certified by more customers.
