SunTrust analyst David MacDonald lowered his price target on Civitas Solutions to $17.75 and kept his Buy rating after the company disclosed that it is being taken private by Centerbridge Partners at $17.75 per share or $1.4B. The analyst believes that the 27% premium to the company's 30-day volume weighted average price is "reasonable" and expects the deal to close in Q2 after getting unanimous approval from its board.
