Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Gaurav Mehta downgraded Chatham Lodging Trust to Hold saying the company's preliminary Q3 RevPAR fell short of guidance and his estimates. The analyst expects RevPAR softness and expense pressure to continue. He cut his price target for the shares to $19 from $23.50.
