Goldman Sachs analyst Ryan Nash upgraded Comerica to Neutral saying the potential for strategic actions could limit downside in the shares. The risk/reward is now balanced after the company hired a consulting firm to identify opportunities to improve returns, Nash tells investors in a research note. He estimates Comerica could fetch $60-$70 per share in a takeover. The analyst raised his price target for the shares to $49 from $42.
