Wells Fargo analyst Matthew Burnell upgraded Comerica to Market Perform following the stock's 12% decline over the past month. Lower rates are more adequately reflected in the valuation at current levels, and the company will announce a detailed profit improvement plan in mid-July, Burnell tells investors in a research note. He has a $39-$41 price target range for the shares.
