As previously reported, Sidoti analyst Joseph Mondillo downgraded Columbus McKinnon to Neutral from Buy, saying he anticipates the agreement to purchase STAHL CraneSystems to be dilutive to earnings in the near-term and to lever up the balance sheet, which he views as a risk. Mondillo lowered his price target on Columbus McKinnon to $29 from $31.
