JPMorgan analyst Michael Gambardella lowered Commercial Metals estimates and reduced his price target on shares to $16 from $19 to reflect weaker than expected steel prices. Gambardella remains Neutral rated on Commercial Metals given macro headwinds that will continue ot pressure earnings, and the new micro mill that is not expected to be commissioned until the fall of 2017.
