As previously reported, BofA/Merrill downgraded Commercial Metals to Neutral from Buy and maintained a $28 price target. Analyst Timna Tanners thinks rising rebar margins are reflected in valuation and trimmed his multiple to reflect near-term "normal" steel prices.
