Standpoint Research analyst Ronnie Moas upgraded Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG) to Underperform from Sell with the shares down 6% today on news of a restaurant closure in Virginia. The stock remains overvalued, but no longer warrants a Sell rating, Moas tells investors in an email. The analyst prefers DineEquity (DIN) for restaurant exposure, noting that Chipotle still trades at 30 times 2018 estimates. Chipotle is down $22.32 to $369.68 in late morning trading.
