Piper Jaffray analyst Alexander Potter raised his price target for Cummins to $132 following a trip to China. The analyst says his China checks indicated continued improvement in China. Increased fiscal deficit spending has driven an up-tick in freight demand, the analyst contends. He raised his estimates for Cummins and keeps an Overweight rating on the name.
