After Centene made acquisition accounting adjustments equal to about half of HealthNet's pretax earnings, Cantor analyst Joseph France expects Centene "to turn it around" with higher rates, a benefit redesign and better underwiritng. The analyst says that Centene's results were strong overall, and he keeps a $90 price target and Buy rating on the shares.
