Deutsche Bank analyst Seldon Clarke last night upgraded Canadian National Railway to Hold from Sell and raised his price target for the shares to $81 from $69. With recent "solid" improvement in both service and volume trends, the company's capex will likely plateau as a percentage of sales in 2019, Clarke tells investors in a research note. As such, he sees a lack of negative catalysts in the near- to medium-term.
