Citi analyst Robert Morris upgraded Canadian Natural and others in the Exploration & Production space to Buy saying the eventual upturn in oil prices should "turn the tide" for the sector in 2016. Citi's commodities team expects a more balanced global oil market by the end of the year. Morris cut his price target for Canadian Natural shares to $25 from $26.
