Oppenheimer analyst Ben Chittenden downgraded Capital One Financial to Perform saying share upside over the next 12 months will be limited since 2017 consensus estimates need to come down. The analyst initiated a 2017 earnings per share estimate of $7.81, well below the consensus estimate of $8.50. The financial services holding company closed yesterday down $1.44 to $70.74.
