BofA/Merrill analyst Kenneth Bruce upgraded Capital One to Neutral and raised its price target to $92 from $62 to reflect a healthier macro environment and potentially lower taxes and easing regulation but said its sub-prime growth model will weigh on sentiment and valuation.
