Needham analyst James Ricchiuti raised his price target for Coherent to $205 from $145 after another "excellent quarter." The analyst believes Coherent stands out as a stronger and more diversified laser company with an expanded market reach at the same time that it rides the OLED growth wave. He reiterates a Buy rating on the shares.
