After attending the Laser World of Photonics trade show and speaking with Coherent representatives, Stifel analyst Patrick Newton is upbeat on the commercial laser sector and more convinced that Coherent can surpass his estimates. The analyst says that recurring revenue estimates for the company are too conservative, and he keeps a Buy rating on the shares.
