After meeting with the company's CEO, Oppenheimer analyst Anna Andreeva notes that Coach is back on offense at outlet. With better balance in gifting for Holiday and lapping stepped-up outlet promotions in Q2, the analyst thinks Coach sets up well into Q2 with beat and raise potential for 2017, and close to $3 earnings power possible assuming brand profitability in low-mid-20s. She reiterates an Outperform rating and $50 price target on the shares.
