UBS analyst Michael Lasser upgraded Costco (COST) to Buy saying benefits from the company's move to Visa (V) from American Express (AXP) are "greatly under-appreciated." He believes the switch should lead to 2M additional members and $4B in sales. Further, the impending increase in Costco membership fees should support the stock, Lasser tells investors in a research note. He raised his price target for shares to $180 from $153.

Baird raised the firm's price target on Visa to $320 from $314 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm thinks FQ2 revenue/EPS likely both beat mildly; and they like a lot as long-term compounder.
