JPMorgan analyst Christopher Horvers views the recent pullback in shares of Costco as a buying opportunity. The newly rolled out co-branded credit card should drive basket size and potentially traffic, Horvers tells investors in a research note. He believes Costco's "moderate" same-store-sales miss in August is a bright spot in retrospect given the subsequent negative preannouncements from peers. The analyst keeps an Overweight rating on the shares with a $179 price target.
