COST
Jan 11, 2017 | 07:17 EDT
Oppenheimer analyst Brian Nagel raised his price target for Costco to $185 from $175 as he is "increasingly optimistic" that it should represent "one of the sector's most intriguing large-cap names." The analyst believes shares remain inexpensive, while the combination of a possible membership-fee hike, benefits of a new credit card relationship, and waning sales headwinds, implies a potentially "improved underlying earnings trajectory." He reiterates an Outperform rating on the shares.
