Stifel analyst Mark Astrachan said Costco's total and U.S. core comparable sales growth weakness in March "is a watchpoint," but he is more inclined to buy on weakness given that its comp growth still remains "distantly best-in-class." The analyst, who sees the consensus Q3 comp growth forecast of 4.6% for Costco as achievable, keeps a Buy rating on shares and raised his price target to $261 from $247.
